Cross Trails Stables has more than 30 stalls of varying sizes, 2 of them have their own private pastures. Most stalls have double gates. All stalls are cleaned daily. Each has a corner feeder, a water bucket, and an electrical outlet for winter heated buckets and summer cooling fans. The facility is monitored by security cameras.
The barn has a newly refurbished large bathroom. A lounge includes seating, a microwave, a refridgerator, and a coffee pot. There is a staff apartment, a heated feed room, and two tack rooms. Water is supplied from both the city and from an on-ground well. Horse trailer parking is available.
A 200 ft. by 100 ft. outdoor arena is available depending on the weather and conditions. A 110 ft. by 60 ft. indoor arena is available all year round and is lit by modern LED lighting for evening use. Both arenas are available for hourly or daily rental for parties, celebrations, and family get togethers.
The barn sits on 30 acres of land. The property includes 9 individually fenced pastures of various sizes, 2 of which include shelters. 10 of the acres are dedicated to growing feed hay.
The barn facilities include a main barn of 22 stalls, a smaller barn of 7 stalls and a small barn of 2 stalls.
